Puan Almirulita binti Mohd Yusoff currently serves as the Assistant Director-General of Customs at the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM), leading the Internal Tax Division. With over 38 years of experience across various industries, CS Chin is a seasoned professional specializing in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Venture Investment. His career spans Malaysia, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, collaborating with companies such as IBM, Telekom Malaysia, and Gozzo Rosso Japan. He has held leadership roles as the Independent Director of M-Mode Bhd and Non-Executive Director of Galasys PLC.

Currently, CS Chin serves as the CEO and Director of Seatech Ventures Corp (US-OTC: SEAV). John Patrick Antonysamy has 28 years of experience in Malaysia’s Government Administrative and Diplomatic Service. He has worked in the Ministry of Finance, handling tax issues and international negotiations.

He is currently the Under-Secretary of the Tax Division, Ministry of Finance, and holds a Master’s in International Economics.

Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohd Nizom bin Sairi, born on December 17, 1962, in Klang, Selangor, is an accomplished leader in Malaysia’s tax administration. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director General of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM) up until 2023. With a distinguished career spanning more than 35 years, he has been a key figure in the development and enforcement of Malaysia’s tax policies.

Dr. Mohd Nizom holds a PhD from the Swiss School of Management, earned in 2022. He also holds a master's degree in information system management from Lawrence Technological University in Michigan, USA, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada. His academic achievements have earned him additional recognition, including titles such as Adjunct Professor at UNITAR International University and Honorary Professor at the University of Cyberjaya, both conferred in 2023.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mohd Nizom has actively participated in international tax forums, solidifying his reputation as a global leader in tax administration. He is the Chairman of the Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA) for the 2021–2024 term and served as Head of the Executive Council of the Association of Tax Authorities of Islamic Countries (ATAIC) from 2021 to 2023. His global contributions include representing Malaysia at events hosted by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the G20, and SGATAR, helping to drive innovations and reforms in tax systems both regionally and internationally.

Datuk Hisham bin Rusli currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Compliance) at the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM).

He currently leads and oversees the implementation of compliance activities, which include audit, investigation, intelligence, and profiling activities nationwide, as well as state operations under his portfolio.
